The Book Of Bluffs by Matt Lessinger. $ 13.95 I am only on page 25 but so far it's an excellent read. Hardly any poker book direct your attention to your opponents, this one certainly does. Tight players are easier to bluff than loose ones. Bluffs are easier from the button than anywhere else. The book has 49 examples of bluffs with the degree of difficulty, rate of success, and frequency. Chapter 2 has some good info on betting patterns and calling patterns. I have not read much of it since I got it because I had company for the Daytona 500 and I am moving next week. I will update more on this book by the end of the week.
